If you are not already a member of Homeschoolers of Ann Arbor, click here to get involved. For existing members, all forms must be current and submitted before the first meeting date of each semester.

Youth Code of Conduct
The Youth Code of Conduct form outlines baseline behavioral expectations and our shared group values. The form should be read and completed with parental assistance by all child members at the beginning of each semester. Click here for form.

4-H Enrollment
HAA is a registered 4-H non-profit organization. Read about 4-H here. All children 5 years + must register with 4-H annually and pay the 4-H fees ($20 per child, max $60 per family. Click here to enroll.

4-H Bylaws & Pledge
The 4-H By-laws are the official policies and terms of which we follow in order to be an official 4-H organization. The agreements of these forms are encompassed in our Youth & Adult Code of Conduct. Forms coming soon...

Class Registration
All members must register for the current semester classes. Registration includes payment of applicable fees and signing up for classes.

Adult Code of Conduct
The Adult Code of Conduct form outlines baseline behavioral expectations and our shared HAA values. It also includes grounds for dismissal. The form should be read and completed by all parents in attendance of child members at the beginning of each semester. Click here for form.
